“Irrewarra” is a single-vineyard Pinot Noir from a cool, elevated inland site, where exposure and iron-rich soilsnaturally curb yields and deliver fruit with concentration and inherent structure. In the cellar, By Farr leans into a confident, traditional approach—native yeast fermentation and 100% whole bunches—then a measured élevage in French oak that supports the frame without obscuring the vineyard. While it sits a little outside the domaine’s standard bottlings, Irrewarra is the kind of release that reads as a true value proposition—and at this price, one of the strongest Pinot Noir buys in the shop.
